We all have a friend who has said this at some point in our life. The truth is, most people don't enjoy the cleanup. This is where our foodie tip of the week comes in: clean as you go. It sounds simple, because it is.
Similar to food prep itself, it's about a little intention and planning. Prepare your prep space with the things you'll need. Have a "thank you for coming" bowl or bag to throw your trash into. Wipe down your space in between prepping items. As Grandma used to say, "if you take two minutes to keep it tidy now, it will save you from having a four-hour job later." Thanks, Grandma!
